Prohibited behaviors include fraudulent order placement, unauthorized website data crawling, harassment of support workers, and unauthorized commercial reproduction of store copyrighted materials.

We reserve full rights to revise product prices, update inventory information and adjust item descriptions without sending advance alerts to customers. Orders created due to obvious system price glitches can be canceled with full refunds issued to affected buyers.

All checkout payments are charged in US Dollars. When you confirm payment submission, you authorize Dailyvani to deduct the full order amount including product cost, delivery fees and mandatory DC sales tax through your selected payment method.

All store pictures, written descriptions, brand logos and webpage layout designs are exclusive copyrighted assets belonging to Dailyvani. Commercial use or redistribution without written email approval is forbidden.

Dailyvani will not compensate buyers for indirect financial losses, carrier delivery delays, temporary website downtime, or misdelivered packages caused by inaccurate shipping addresses submitted during checkout. The maximum compensation for any single order conflict cannot exceed the total amount paid for that purchase.
