Shipping policy

All orders placed on Dailyvani’s website follow the shipping standards laid out here. Our store adopts dropship operation mode, meaning all physical goods ship straight from third-party supplier warehouses to the delivery address you fill in at checkout.

Order processing only takes place on standard business days; weekends and all U.S. federal holidays pause all processing work.

We provide delivery coverage for all 50 U.S. states including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions and destination zone. Two delivery speed choices are available: standard ground shipping and expedited priority shipping with an additional surcharge. All displayed delivery timeframes are estimated values and cannot be fully guaranteed as logistics disruptions like bad weather and carrier backlogs may occur.

After goods are handed over to shipping carriers, an automated notification email with your exclusive tracking number and carrier tracking link will be sent to your registered email address. You can track real-time delivery status via our store order query page or the carrier’s official website.

If tracking information shows delivered status but you never receive your parcel, you must first submit an investigation request to the shipping carrier. Once the carrier finishes their internal inquiry, contact our support team with your order ID and tracking number to file a loss claim. Refunds or replacement shipments will only be arranged after the carrier confirms permanent package loss.

All delivery address modification requests need to be sent to our support mailbox within 12 hours after successful order payment. Once parcels enter carrier transit networks, address edits can no longer be processed. Dailyvani takes no responsibility for misdelivered items caused by incomplete or misspelled customer-provided addresses.

We offer international shipping to selected global regions. All destination import duties, local sales taxes and customs brokerage fees shall be fully undertaken by receiving customers. Dailyvani will not cover any customs-related expenses for cross-border shipments.
